We get excellent rates from Australia Post and DHL which we pass straight onto our customers. This makes it much cheaper for us to send parcels than if family or friends post it themselves.

Orders will be shipped within 1 working day of confirmation, from then on, shipping times will depend on the shipping option you selected (DHL Priority, Express or Standard).

Australian local express delivery time depends on many factors, including the express service provider, the origin and destination of the package, the type of service selected, etc.
Intra-city express delivery: usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
Intrastate Express: If within the same state, it usually takes 2-3 working days.
Interstate Express: Shipping from one state to another can take 3-7 working days, possibly longer, especially if the package is shipping from one coast of Australia to another.
Precautions:
Remote areas: If the express destination is located in a remote or rural area of Australia, delivery time may be longer.
Holidays and Weekends: On holidays and weekends, most courier services may not run, which may affect delivery times.
Weather and other unpredictable factors: Bad weather, natural disasters or other uncontrollable factors may also cause delays.
